Processing

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and tracking with UPS.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 150 EUR.

 

I'm ordering from outside the EU. Are there customs and duties with my order?

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. Once the shipment reaches clearance, the recipient is subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. The recipient must also pay potential charges for customs clearance.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wwnation.cc or via Instagram with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the complete order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@wwnation.cc with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these cases on a case-by-case basis but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
